- Q. Where is IceMyst Designs located?
A. IceMyst Designs is a virtual shop and does not currently have a physical store location. The designer lives in North Texas and occasionally has her work on display at local craft shows. Keep your eyes on the What’s New section or the right-hand sidebar for details on show locations and times. - Q. Are IceMyst Designs creations made in America?
A. Yes! All IceMyst Designs products are proudly hand crafted in the designers North Texas home, right here in the USA. - Q. Where does IceMyst Designs get their materials?
A. The majority of our supplies are purchased from chainmaille, bead and jewelry suppliers right here in the United States. Occasionally, when a supply is unavailable from a US supplier, we may order from a supplier in Canada. - Q. Who is IceMyst Designs?
A. The primary designer behind IceMyst Designs is Deni Cooper (aka Asidi IceMyst). Occasionally you will find work by her husband, Aaron, here as well. If an item shown here is not made by Deni, it will be marked as such. - Q. Can I order custom work from IceMyst Designs?
A. Yes! While there are many pre-made designs to choose from we are always happy to modify an item or make a completely different one for you. Custom designs may take several days/weeks/months depending on the complexity of the item, the availability of the required materials and whether or not your request is during show season (spring or fall typically). - Q. How can I place an order?
A. There are several ways to order from us. We are currently working on integrating a PayPal shopping cart directly into this website. As that process continues you will see “Add To Cart” buttons appearing under certain photos and the shopping cart will be functional. In the meantime, you can go directly to our store over at Storenvy or if what you want isn’t listed there you can
contact us directly via email or through our facebook page. - Q. How soon will my order be shipped?
A. If you are ordering a premade item your item will ship within 2 business days. If you are ordering a custom item your order will be shipped upon completion. Completion times on custom items will vary and we will discuss all the details including shipping when you place your order. - Q. How are my items shipped?
A. I currently only use the United States Postal Service (USPS). I use First Class, Priority, or Priority Flat Rate (depending on the size or quantity of items) with Delivery Confirmation. We will fit as much into a package as we can (without damaging your items) to get the best rate for shipping. If the actual shipping that we pay to ship your item is significantly less than what you paid us for shipping you will be reimbursed the difference via PayPal.
